PixooVision Capital Cash Backed Financial Guarantees
PixooVision Capital’s primary business activity is to issue cash-backed financial guarantees (FG) through our FG Program. The FG Program assures lenders that if a qualified borrower defaults on a loan, PixooVision Capital will purchase the note from the lender for up to 100% of the outstanding loan principal.PixooVision Capital and the borrower will then negotiate a repayment plan to settle the debt. The FG Program applies to loans, leases, trade contracts, and other financial instruments. To ensure transparency and security, FGs are recorded as smart contracts on the blockchain.
Our FGs are issued in increments of $1 million, with terms of 15, 39, or 63 months. FGs can be renewed 90 days before their expiration. All cash backing for the FGs is held in trust with the Allianz Group.
PixooVision Capital has recently launched its Loan Collateral (LC) Program. Under a similar structure as the FG Program, PixooVision Capital will allocate cash to purchase collateral in the form of cash-equivalent securities such as Certificate of Deposits (CDs) or US Treasuries (USTs). If there is a default, the same remedies as those in the FG Program will apply.
